For the start of our new unit, we had to record down what we ate in a day. This reflects back to the nutrients that we get from our diet.
What I ate today:
Breakfast- Chips, cookies, gum (carbohydrates, fats)
Lunch- tomato egg, mushroom rice (carbohydrates, protein)
Dinner- meat, rice, vegetables, fish (protein, carbohydrates)
Fruits- Melon, peach (carbohydrates)
others- bubble tea (fats)
